The Outlast Trials ESP Hack | External ToT Cheat 2025

Welcome to my guide on setting up and using my custom Free The Outlast Trials ESP Hack. This External Cheat covers the features, changes, and instructions to help you get the most out of your gaming experience.

Instructions of The Outlast Trials Free Hack:

1. Menu Open/Close: Use the HOME button.
2. Display Mode: Do not play in fullscreen mode. Recommended windowed modes: 1600x1024, 1440x900.

How to Start:

1. Ensure you are in a trial.
2. Run the executable file with administrator rights.
3. By following this guide, you can enhance your gameplay experience in Outlast Trials with the custom ESP features tailored for various scenarios and challenges. Enjoy the game!

About The Outlast Trials Cheat:

ESP:

• Skeleton: Displays NPC skeletons.
• Items: Includes Health Gain, Health Boost, Battery, Battery Boost, Lockpick, Masterkey, Stamina, Stamina Boost, Respawn Pill and more.
• Quest Items: Includes Gas Canister, Gore Throwable, Prize Ticket, Diaporama Wheel, Bleach Bottle, Keys, Generators, Children, etc.
• Traps Indicator: Shows traps in the environment.
• Customization: Select different colors, filter items, and change view distance.
• Distance Display: Distance to items is shown by default.

Changes Logs:
V2 Changes:

• Automatically enable ESP for batteries when battery life is below 15%.
• Automatically enable ESP for antidotes when experiencing psychosis.
• Automatically enable ESP for health gain when HP is below 100.
• Fixed bug where small batteries were not shown.
• Added reward/secret room ESP.
• Included new objects for ESP.
• Added quest items trap indicator (similar to door trap indicator).

V3 Changes:

• Added electric floor trap indicator.
• Added Prime TV, Switch Match Panel, Frequency Match Panel, Propaganda Posters, Diaporama Wheel Projector.
• Text to Icon Conversion:
• Changed some item texts to icons for better clarity.

V3.1 Changes:

• Added ESP button for releasing the Mannequin child.
• Added ESP for right valve panels quest item ("Grind the Bad Apples").
• Added ESP for private box quest item ("Release Trial").
• Added ESP for drop box quest item ("Release Trial").
• Fixed issue where not all frequency panels were shown.
• Fixed ESP crash issues.

V4.1 (test) Changes:

• Added mines and glass floor trap indicator
• Added movable ducks esp for Drill the futterman
• Added passcode esp for evidence passbox (code will shown in the room) for Vindicate the guility
• Perfomance optimisations (pls test)

V5.3 (test) Changes:

• Bug fixes (brick/bottle positions.. etc)
• added load/save config

V5.5 Changes: 

• Added new quest items
• Adapted for use in 2 new maps
• Currently working with the last TOT version (from 30.03.2025).
